As an Associate Director in ImpactEd Consulting you will lead partner relationships and high-complexity engagements, shape the work of the practice and deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions. You will scope and lead client engagements and hold a business development target supported by our ownership awards. You will take on an established portfolio of partnerships from colleagues going on parental leave, so the early months are about continuity: holding those relationships steady and keeping delivery to the standard our partners already expect. Alongside that you will lead business development in your own right, shaping propositions and bringing in new work. This role will suit someone who builds partner confidence quickly and is comfortable working with real autonomy from early on. This is a fixed-term 12 month maternity cover contract.
As a Manager in ImpactEd Evaluation you will lead evaluation partnerships independently, from design to reporting, oversee smaller projects led by colleagues, and take responsibility for the quality of what we deliver. You will begin to shape the practice's work and support the development of the people around you. We are looking for individuals with a passion for education, data and evaluation, who are able to translate evidence into insight and communicate complex methodologies into digestible recommendations, supporting partners to use our work in a meaningful way for their context. We are looking for individuals with a strong quantitative background and welcome applications from individuals with an interest in developing their skills further in a range of different methodologies. Managers lead independently on medium to large engagements, oversee smaller ones, and provide support and development to team members.
